- I have never ate Paleo before, what can I eat?
- Download the CFH Nutrition Packet. Review the concepts and know that you will be eating meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds
- I don’t know how to cook. Can you help?

You can also start with simple meals like simply baked chicken and broccoli topped with avocado. You can eat Paleo while you are out just be careful about added ingredients and sauces. You can always asked for steamed or grilled vegetables with grilled proteins (chicken, fish, steak, etc.); in lieu of potatoes
- Can I drink alcohol on the challenge?
- Yes, but you will compromise your results both from a daily points standpoint and optimizing your body composition for the extent of the challenge
- Come on now, what can I drink?
- Water, Seltzer, Black Coffee, Tea, etc.
- Oh you meant alcohol, stick with clear spirits like Vodka and Tequila mixed with club soda and citrus. Try to avoid beer and cider. Beer because of caloric reasons and cider because of sugar. If you drink wine, then make sure it is low in residual sugar. For example, pick up a Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot versus a Port, Riesling, or Dessert Wine
- I travel for work, can I still do the challenge?
- Of course, just do your best to adhere to the diet, sleep, hydration and fitness aspects while on the road

- Eat in more and prepare your foods on Sunday
- Prioritize food over other indulgences (i.e. all the money you are saving on alcohol and lattes)
